Week-end à Londres / Weekend to London

Nous étions partis vendredi pour Londres. Le temps de passer deux jours et demi. Très important le demi. Dix ans, la dernière fois que j'y étais, le temps d'une journée. J'avais oublié, bien qu'entendu, combien le coût de vie à Londres pouvait être élevé.

We left Friday for London. Time to spend two and a half days. Very important the half. Ten years, the last time I was there, just the time of  one short day. I had forgotten, even if I heard it many times, how the cost of living in London could be high.

Le temps de savourer chaque moments de la journée. Sans vraiment d'avoir de plan, but, précis. 
Sauf retrouver un ami finlandais à Chéri, Matti, qui vit en Angleterre.
Sauf que nous n'irons pas au café à chats de Londres (il n'y avait plus de places lorsque je voulais faire des réservations). Ainsi qu'aller au studio Harry Potter (Chéri n'est vraiment pas du tout intéressé par ça).

Time to savor every moment of the day. Without really having a precise plan, purpose.
Except to find a Finnish friend of Chéri, Matti, who lives in England.
Except that we will not go to the cats café in London (there were more places when I wanted to make reservations). So going to the Harry Potter studio (Chéri is really not at all interested in that).

Voir quelques places, monuments importants de la ville. 

Restaurant / bar Aubaine, London.

Se promener dans les rues au grès de nos envies. Tiens donc, si on prenait sur notre gauche. Attend ! Je veux aller voir là-bas, il y a quelque chose que j'aimerai prendre en photo. 
La météo n'est pas au rendez-vous, allons faire un tour au "National Gallery". 
Se poser dans un café "chic" le temps de se protéger de la pluie, et de reposer nos petites jambes.

See some places, important monuments of the city.
Walking through the streets in the sandstone of our desires. Well, well, if we take on our left. Wait! I want to go there, there is something I would like to photograph.
The weather is not at the rendezvous, let's make a turn to the "National Gallery".
Arise in a "chic" cafe, the time to protect us from the rain, and rest our little legs.


Ressortir les parapluies, et demander à Chéri de me protéger le temps pour moi de faire quelques photos. Entrer dans quelques magasins mythiques de la ville (Hamleys, magasin de jouets sur je ne sais plus combien d'étages !). 
Et puis, même si le ciel gris était persistant et ne m'a pas aidé à faire de belles photos, avant de repartir à l'aéroport, se promener dans un parc. Où il faisait bon de voir que le printemps approche... De voir mon homme aussi profiter de ce calme, de la nature. Et surtout, heureuse d'avoir pu observer de si près un héron.

Out the umbrellas, and ask Chéri to protect me the time I take some pictures. Going into some mythical city stores (Hamleys: toy store I can not recall  how many floors there is!). 
And even if the gray sky was persistent and did not help me to make beautiful pictures, then before going to the airport, walking in a park. Where it was good to see that spring approaches ... Seeing my man so enjoy this quiet of nature. And above all, happy to have been able to observe so closely a heron.

Lucky girl I was, two guys for me alone!

Un petit air de printemps

Ayant surtout fait des photos par séries, je pense que je les posterais ainsi : chaque séries = un article. Mais j'en poste quelques une maintenant pour vous donnez un avant goût.

Especially having made photos by series, I think I'll post them as each series = a new post. I posted a few now to give you a taste while awaiting.
